Pine Tree Gardens provides residential supportive services to (28 adults) and adult day rehabilitation program services (16 adults) to Yolo County clients, aged 18 to 59, who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness.

Resources For Independent Living is a grassroots organization dedicated to advancing the rights and full community participation of people with disabilities and seniors in Sacramento and Yolo counties. We accomplish this through providing information and referral, individual and systems advocacy, peer support, personal attendant referral, accessible housing referral, and transition services for those seeking to exit non-community settings such as nursing homes.

The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is an international Catholic lay charitable organization. Our parish conference is committed to serving the short-term emergency needs of anyone seeking assistance. The conference will consider the needs of any parishioner or any other member of the local community, when circumstances find them without food, shelter, clothing and other necessities of daily living.

In the spirit of love and justice, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Sacramento Council, through its districts and conferences throughout the Diocese of Sacramento, provides person-to-person services of time, talent and resources to help our neighbors in need.
